About McGrath Tax and Accounting

McGrath Tax and Accounting PC was founded by Samantha McGrath, CPA. Ms. McGrath began her accounting career in 1999 as an associate at a mid-size New York City public accounting firm. In 2002, she relocated to Pennsylvania where she worked at Ernst & Young as well as local accounting firms until starting her own business in 2014.

Ms. McGrath has performed tax and accounting services for a variety of clients. She has worked successfully with private individuals and small business owners in a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, consumer and industrial products and not-for-profit.

Ms. McGrath is fully licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, Bucks Montgomery Chapter and Business Networking International for the Fort Washington II chapter.

In addition to earning her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, Ms. McGrath’s has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from The State University of New York at Albany and a Masters of Science from Baruch College. She consistently takes continuing education courses to maintain and increase her accounting and tax knowledge.
